Сама квартира расположена в жилом комплексе в центре Кандолима. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, очень уютно. Про горячую воду информации не было, но бойлер есть. Хотя и холодная вода в душе совсем не холодная. Хорошо оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым, спальня с замечательной кроватью, холл с большим телевизором. Но мы его не включали, смотрели наши передачи на планшете. Два балкона. Супермаркет Дельфинос и различные магазины и рестораны очень близко. До пляжа идти 10 - 12 минут. Великолепный хозяин. В любой момент готов помочь. если что не так. Организовал быстрое заселение по приезду, сам перед нашим выездом предложил трансфер в аэропорт ранним утром по адекватной цене. Большое спасибо! Очень хочется вернуться обратно.
Звукоизоляция не очень хорошая. Двери простые филёнчатые, но они везде такие в Индии, там где они есть. В соседних квартирах бывало шумно по вечерам, но они успокаивались не слишком поздно. Нам сильно не мешало.
