Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich passend für uns als Familie (vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder). Das Grundstück war groß genug, um sich frei zu bewegen, und der Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight, da sie dort täglich beschäftigt waren. Allerdings hatten wir erhebliche Probleme mit der Kommunikation der Vermieterin. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlten sowohl Handtücher als auch Bettwäsche, obwohl dies laut Beschreibung auf Booking.com vorhanden sein sollte. Erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage und mit viel Mühe konnten wir uns spät am Abend selbstständig im privaten Raum der Vermieterin ausstatten. Auch bei weiteren Fragen (z. B. Mülltrennung, Entsorgung, allgemeine Informationen) bekamen wir keinerlei Antwort. Selbst bei einem Stromausfall reagierte sie nicht, sodass ich Booking.com einschalten musste. Das größte Problem waren jedoch Mäuse im Haus. Wir haben mehrfach Mäuse und Mäusekot gefunden – in der Küche, in Schubladen, Schränken, Schlafräumen und sogar in unseren Koffern. Trotz wiederholter Mitteilungen wurde keinerlei Lösung angeboten (keine Fallen, kein Kammerjäger, keine Reaktion). Die Situation eskalierte, als die Mäuse sogar in die oberen Schlafräume gelangten, was die Nächte für uns unerträglich machte. Zusätzlich sollte man beachten, dass die Einfahrt recht steil ist. Mit einem tiefergelegten Auto kann es hier Schwierigkeiten geben, man muss also vorsichtig sein. Leider war der Urlaub dadurch stark beeinträchtigt und sehr beschwerlich. Ohne diese massiven Probleme wäre die Unterkunft ideal gewesen, so aber können wir sie leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
