Very well equipped with expensive furniture, tastefully arranged and perhaps the best view you could get.
Nothing but there’s not much within a short walking distance and I don’t think there is a access to the sea.

Marks Reef is a very premium facility. The villa is very spacious and outfitted with smart devices which allow for easy of access and energy conservation. It is also a very spectacular location with excellent views of the sea. The onsite pool is not shallow at all and allows for a good swim. The facility offers various spaces for quiet relaxation if one so desires or group activities if so inclined. Well kept premises facilitates relaxation and peace.
The space for cars can be tight at 3 cars but that is not a major issue.

The location was private and very quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The views were incredible, every morning presented a beautiful visual of the ocean and surrounding countryside. The villa was well-appointed, landscaping was well-maintained and access to WIFI was excellent.
