This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located right on the water in the quiet neighborhood of Lance Aux Epines. The veranda overlooks the pool and bay and you will have a hard time dragging yourself away from the idyllic relaxation that will overtake you. Enjoy your meal al fresco or watch the sunset with your favourite cocktail!
With lush tropical trees and plants on each side of the property, private pool and water frontage, this home offers the quiet contentment you need.
When you need a break from the sunshine there is a comfortable living and indoor dining area. Living area is air conditioned and has patio doors that open onto the veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped; oven, microwave, toaster & coffee maker.
Bedrooms are air-conditioned and both rooms have French doors that open on to the patio and en-suite bathrooms.
Washing machine provided with outdoor lines for drying. Weekly maid service included and basic guests amenities supplies.
Private pool and sunbeds are in the garden just down the stairs from the veranda.
For those who wish to keep busy, they can snorkel in the bay while you sit back, relax and watch them have fun!

Kim was an amazing host, great communication. The house is private but close to anything you could need. Amazing views and everything you need in the house for cooking and relaxation. My only complaint is that this house is booked until March if 2027 haha.

Jestas is a fabulous villa in a beautiful setting, and the description online and pictures don't really do it justice. We used the swimming pool every day and there was everything we needed, the kitchen being very well equipped and linens and towels changed regularly. I cannot speak too highly of Kim. She was extremely helpful and if there was any kind of problem, we only had to ask her and she would do her best to sort it out. It is a delightful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful and pleasant base in Grenada. There were also many beautiful birds in the garden as well as an iguana, so a bonus for nature lovers too.

This villa is beautiful and very tasteful with a colonial feel.
It is well equipped and very comfortable. Nice peaceful location but within 5-10 minutes drive of fantastic beaches, food shops, bars and restaurants. It is ideally located for exploring St George’s and the whole island.
The garden is lovely - we enjoyed watching the iguanas 🦎 and birds.
The view is wonderful - west facing over a sheltered bay so one gets the sun all of the day with great sunsets.
There is actually one bedroom with a king size bed and the other with two singles, unlike the photos.
Lovely large verandah on which to relax and eat.
The housekeeper did a great job and came in twice a week.
Grenada 🇬🇩 is a stunning island, very friendly, good food and scenery.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the island and Jestas villa - we had a fab holiday.
