Super accueil. Très belle vue et très bon emplacement à 5 min du centre de Funchal. Petits commerces de proximité très pratiques. Appartement spacieux et confortable avec les produits de nécessité et cadeau de bienvenu. Merci beaucoup.

Schöne Begrüßung durch Maura, die sich auch bei Rückfragen oder Problemen mit dem Warmen Wasser schnell gekümmert hat und immer Ansprechbar war. Welcome Bag mit Madeira Wein und Gebäck. Größer Wohn- Essbereich Waschmaschine Balkon Tiefgarage Stellplatz Aufzug Viel Stauraum in Schränken und Kommoden Bäcker gleich in der Nähe
Badezimmer A keine Steckdose. Badewanne Abtrennung nicht abgedichtet, somit wird der Boden nass Badezimmer B nicht funktionierende Steckdose, Duschkabine ok. Warmwasser durch Boiler, nicht durchgängig warmes Wasser. Es muss zeitlich versetzt geduscht werden, auch nicht gleichzeitig spülen. Ältere Möbel, schmale Betten, ca. 160cm.

Хорошая квартира с шикарным видом. На кухне есть все принадлежности. Стиральная машина. Гараж для машины. Интернет. Рекомендую.
Не критично, но ремонт уже не так свеж.

Dame vom Apartment ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Soweit ich weiß, hat das Apartment Zimmer keine Klimaanlage.
