Very clean with all the amenities needed. Was a 10/15 minute uber to the city centre and 10 minute Uber to Anfield. Easy to park next to property.

Clean comfortable and reasonably priced.
Comfortable bed, slept really well.
Left us tea coffee cook9es.and some cereal which was a nice touch.
Close to supermarket to get provisions.
The stairs to 3rd floor were very steep and narrow.
Bit further out than expected but there's uber everywhere so easy to get into centre of Liverpool.

The location is quiet, though I could hear fellow residents a bit, and I could park for free on the street. Good shops nearby so I was able to forage for myself.
No real complaints, though the sound bleed from the other floor was noticeable, not too much. Let's just say it's a cosy little room, with everything squeezed in. The Tv works well, which suits me.

Very clean property met Caroline who was very welcoming and did a great job of our room
The bathroom and maintenance issues loose fittings and poor workmanship
