Good value for money in an ideal spot.

Well looked after and clean. Close to city centre so an ideal spot. Easy check in, hosts were responsive and helpful

Pictures implied 2 beds but was the one bed and a sofa. That’s the only critique but all in all very good.

We booked this apartment because it had the facilities that I needed and it fulfilled my expectation

I have sleeping issues because of a problem with my spine. We booked the one bedroom apartment because it had a sofa, which I slept on. This enabled me to have the support to be able to sleep.

I have mobility issues and the stairs are quite steep and difficult at the top, but I did manage them for the one night that we stayed.

Good value, very clean, great facilities

Clean, everything there. Not noisy. Easy self check in. Close to bus stop. I would stay again if I knew the blind worked!

The blind in the bedroom doesn’t work. It needs replacing so it’s easy to use. Key Safe door was jammed and I had difficulty putting the key back in for check out

Blossoming rooms for rent in Liverpool

We came for a football match, the room was easy to find, to park and enter. The apartment was clean, comfy with super clean bedding which was well presented. The room was.small but functional, there was an ensuite which is modern and looked newly finished with a good shower. The possibly shared kitchen had a super clean fridge. Breakfast was left for us in the form of individual cereals was provided with a bottle of water. Vimal and the team were very responsive to any questions.

If it is a shared Kitchen (there was a digital lock on bedroom door so assumed it was) anyone using the kitchen or watching the TV late in evening would wake those in the bedroom as its a hollow door. Some attention to details in terms of astetics would have had me raving about the rooms and exceeded expectations.

Very slightly flawed apartment that almost had it all.

We were only there for a long weekend. And working out the busses was OK. So we got around fine. Surprisingly good shop area. But Liverpool is great anyway.

Only one chair. So using the full cooker was not a good idea. A shelf and some towel hooks in the bathroom would be useful

Nice stay, better if you are on the shorter side!

This is a cute little spot with all the conveniences you need for a short stay. Please be aware that unit 4 where we stayed is a loft and not so good for tall people! This isn't a criticism of the unit but had I realised I would maybe have chosen one of the other units as my 6 foot plus hubby did have some trouble with the shower as it is very low.

It would be good to have had a fan available as it was very hot up under the roof!

The Apartment was a great location for concerts at Anfield. It has a fully equipped kitchen which would have been great if we had stayed longer.

the surrounding area didn’t feel incredibly safe however the property felt very safe with multiple locks and electronic door coded locks.

The apartment (B - Pear blossom) was spotless and very close to both Liverpool city centre and Anfield stadium. Easy check in and out instructions.

Check in was at 15:00pm however when we arrived at 15:45pm the cleaner had not finished cleaning our room so we had to wait outside for 5 mins however the cleaner was the loveliest lady and we had a good conversation with her and she apologies for running over. VERY warm inside the property even with windows open (this was a warm weekend for the UK so can kind of understand but it was boiling in the apartment) Shower / toilet is a very small room. Shower was temperamental in temperature but good for a quick wash. Bed is rather small but good for one or two nights

Worst experience

We stayed one night.. noise, all night parties, no cover on skylights.. awake at 5 o'clock when daylight.. we couldn't straighten ourselves with slope in roof and the stairs are a health and fire risk.

Make sure you get access details (key safe number for example)

I booked within minutes of finding my previous booking unavailable because of hotel closure. Booking.com said that bookings could be taken up to midnight and I booked about 22:45 I drove to the location, found the building but the door was locked. There were 5 key safes but I had no access number or indication of which one to use. I phoned the mobile number given and went straight to VoiceMail where I left a message asking for access details I tried the messaging option and received a message that my booking had not been accepted as it was too late at night.

I was unable to use the room I had booked as no access details were supplied and contact details were ineffective.

Great place in a great location.

Location was great with plenty of street parking. Place was clean and tidy. Housekeeper was lovely and very friendly and welcoming

We had an unfortunate wake up call from the police looking for a wanted person which was unfortunate. Lots of slamming of doors but this doesn't reflect on the property and more an issue with other guests

Lovely pkace but stay ruined by the noise from the place above.

Place was lovely, spotless and so comfortable. The only issue was the constant noise from upstairs that went on from approx 22:40 to exactly 04:08 next day. Sounded like they were moving all the furniture around, again and again and again! Hence did not get much sleep. Would only stay again if we could guarantee a restful night.

Great for Anfield!

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you could need for a stay away. Comfortable bed and lovely bedding. Very clean, the cleaning lady was there when we arrived and she was really lovely and helpful. Plenty of parking. Great location for Anfield Stadium, 10 min in a taxi or a 35 minute walk. Really easy to access the property and the vendors were really helpful with questions prior to the visit.

We had access to a small yard but it was a bit of a dumping ground and needs attention.

perfect for one one-night stay. Would recommend! We enjoyed our stay there and would rebook again. the room has everything you need, even tea, cereal and biscuits comfortable bed and plenty of spare towels. Plenty of free parking Good hosts, fast at responding to quaries. No issues checking in or out ! very good overall

The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The location was perfect and we had off street parking too. I had left some items behind by mistake but the owners kindly posted them back to me. Nothing was too much trouble. I will have no hesitation in recommending this apartment Thanks again Brad

The bathroom was not part of the room leaving us without privacy from other guests in the next room. Noise ran through from upstairs leaving us with a very disturbed night.

The heating wasn’t working, and being the time of the year it was I thought more would of been done to sort it, I can only thank the housekeeper for bringing us an electric heater (not that it did much) but at least she tried.
