Everything was fine. Very nice and comfortable.
No central heat or air in bottom unit. Space heaters worked fine for us but not if it were cold all day. Big mirror in bathroom facing toilet was a little weird.

We had issues with getting hot water. The owner was very quick to message me back. She said that she would have the caretaker look into the issue. I am not sure if the hot water heater was for the entire house or what. If so, this definitely needs to be changed. We also did not have a thermostat in our apartment, so there was no way to control the temperature. Again , I think that is because there is one unit for both apartments. They had a big snow the day before we arrived and the caretaker did not plow the drive at all. Luckily we had 4 wheel drive that we could get in with no issues. My husband to go out and drive around the large drive several times so that our son would be able to get into the driveway.

It was close to the event we were attending.
When we walked in the house it smelled like my mother in laws house which smells like cats, there was no way to control the AC, one of the bedrooms had spiders and a couple of bugs in it, the WiFi did not work most of the time, and the bedroom on the right was hot at night.
