About this house rental
1950 ‘s refresh. Everything new. There is a side by side to go to dock if you do t want to walk. Swim platform with diving board and side tie for your own boat. New kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops not many neighbors. Lol

We had a little glitch with the air conditioning the first night which Cheryl took care of quickly and reimbursed me for the night which I was very happy about. We loved our stay there. It was very peaceful and the house was clean. We also loved the use of the side by side which was very handy to have !!We will definitely stay again !!

The actual living areas of this house were nice. However, the bedrooms are small, not much room on either side of the beds. Only one had a dresser and then we only had access to three drawers in it. Bed in the first bedroom was awful, super noisy every time you moved, and the attached shelves have no drawers and are tilted, so things don't stay on it. The first bathroom is extremely small (knees basically hitting the cabinets while sitting on toilet). Jetted tub has high sides, making it difficult to get in and out. The master bedroom was bigger but the en-suite bathroom was arranged weird. It would have been nice size IF the washing machine and dryer, weren't put in there. With them there, you had the same situation as with the first bathroom, with knees practically touching the machine when sitting on the toilet. It's so close that when you stand in from of the toilet to take the clothes out of the dryer, you have to duck to open the door of the dryer, or you'll smack yourself in the face with it. The shower was on the smaller side which wouldn't be an issue, except it has a seat in it. If you already have a small shower, there's not really room to have a seat there. It was also very clear that the "cleaner" doesn't know how to clean. Dead bugs all over the walls, shower fixtures, drain, soap dispenser, faucets etc all dirty. Host communication was great.
