THOMAS SEA VIEW

Lovely apartment with great views of the sea, island of Capri and the bay of Naples, all from a beautifully maintained balcony/terrace with whirlpool spa bath and sunbeds. The interior is very well laid out with a fully functioning kitchen (no kettle, but we boiled water in a pan) apartment is on 6th floor with a reliable lift and secure building access.

We did have some issues getting hot water from the shower, mainly got luke warm water, not a big issue when it's hot. It is a little noisy at the moment due to roadworks but if you are up early like we were then it shouldn't spoil the experience We did have to live out of our suitcases a bit as there is limited space for clothes,

I loved everything about my stay! My only regret was not having a ton of time there! Gorgeous view for a morning coffee, and hot tub was awesome although I didn’t have time to learn how/wait for it to heat it up. Spacious room, perfect for a couple needing some time away or a couple friends enjoying the area. The washer was awesome to have during my 2 week round trip of Italy. Convenient bar down the road for a walk at night time, and store in the adjacent lot.

Parking was hit or miss on site. Off site parking was closed by my arrival (late!). Waited for someone in the lot to leave.

Poca disponibilità da parte del proprietario non rispondeva quasi mai ai messaggi quando abbiamo avuto dei problemi; acqua nell’idromassaggio leggermente sporca e piena di calcare. Dai rubinetti l’acqua calda usciva veramente poca,inoltre piano cottura e forno non funzionavano e quando lo abbiamo riferito ci è stata data una sola risposta in modo superficiale non rispondendoci più. A tal proposito per risolvere il problema abbiamo pensato di chiamare la pizzeria consigliata da loro con riferimento il bigliettino nella stanza ma in realtà la pizzeria non esisteva più. Peccato perché l’appartamento è veramente bello e gode di una bella vista ma c’è molto da migliorare

Te wiev is really nice and we enjoyed the evening sunsets. The terrace is big and gives a good privacy. The studio is everything in on space separate with curtains, except bathroom is separate room. Kitchen is very good equipment. The grocery is just under the bilding.

You don't see nobody. You enter the studio with the code and then the communication goes written via WhatsApp. We had some complain and the answer and reaction from owners where really unprofessional. On the ending everything was OK, but that reaction was unnecessary rude. In one week I couldn't get use to the smells . First was to much of perfume and after few aeration, the green wall and the drains added their own bad smell. I still don't know if this green wall is alive? I love fresh air smells, not artificial perfume on every step. I didn't complain about smell, I just informed owner that the two perfume bottles are outside on the terrace, because for me the smell was to intensive. We had the same towels unchanged for 7 days. Breakfast is very basic, Nutella, marmalade, milk, sweet drink, dry Brad and coffee. We used only coffee. The jacuzzi is a big plus but we expected that for one week stay we will get fresh water. Jacuzzi have to smell after chlorine not used water form other guests. The chlorine have to be added every day. After complaining they changed wather the second day and we lost one day for using. But with really unprofessional response. On fourth day we had some scary situation with kitchen gas leaking on the valve. I'm still in shock what could happen. When we returned from the car trip the whole apartment was under the gas. They fixed next day but when it happen we were alone and we have to deal with the problem alone and find where it is leaking and close the security valve. But once again the reaction of owner was inappropriate, they've just write »ok tomorrow« and that the technical will come tomorrow? Nobody asked if we are ok. Nobody apologies?
