Beautiful and peaceful location with amazing sunrises and sunsets with views across the water even during a cold, wet week at the end of October! The facilities and bathroom were very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfy. There lovely villages of Breukelen and Maarssen are close by with great train links using the free Park and Ride from Breukelen into Amsterdam or Utrecht.
There was enough casual seating for 3 of us as there was a sofa and casual chair (2 adults and an adult sized teenager!) but might be tight for 4 adults. Maybe an extra comfy chair but the space was used well.
