The booking was for my uncle and aunt(60+). They said that the location was good. Metro station was 100m from the place. There are shops around. Host is kind.
If you want a quiet place check for another location. This place is in the gypsy area and there was a lot of loud social noice around from the young people starting from 14:00 till midnight around. Could be bit more clean, but for the price is worthy!

I liked the place, the situation was good, near the metro and the apartment has a washing machine, good wifi and is comfortable overall. The owner (Marcos) is very close and kind and helped me get a receive when i needed it to be able to demand an airline. The hood is nice and the neightbour is a joyful woman. I must also point out the fastness of Marcos replying to the messages and giving solutions.
There was some furniture that was not really well placed, we found it difficult to move around the bedroom because there was no space and must point out, no bed desk wich is very appreciated. We both hit our toe with something during the stay due to this (so Marcos if u reading this, give it a consideration!). We found that we had to ask for things like how to do the check out, wich should be specifyed somwhere, an email would work. And last thing i wanna point out is the lack of a good stove since cooking in that one was a big challenge and some kitchen usables like a sponge to wash the dishes and some olive oil and salt.
