A weekend away
This was a beautiful apartment with lovely views of Lymm from the terrace. It had everything we needed to self cater for our weekend.
One of the bedrooms is on the small side. It was lovely and cosy but might bother some people.

the owner met us at the property and showed us around , was clean great location and near facilities would recommend . Comfortable stay .
just need some instructions to use oven as symbols have worn off on dial . cctv on roof top terrace not sure if thats needed /? Instructions on settings for washing machine too . Also to let people know if they are staying for longer that 7 days the optional cleaning fee is $200 for two hour clean or $70 for change of sheets only ,the cleaning fees on booking.com only covers exit clean ,so when guests are booking you should budget for cleaning for stay and take that into account unfortunately we had to exit our stay two weeks earlier due to son being ill neither booking.com or owner of accommodation helped with any reimbursement ,so maybe worth booking directly with accommodation itself .Either way both sides profited from us leaving the accommodation early .

Nice property but not very practical with open plan layout
Quirky layout of flat with nice designer touches. Central position in town
Rental of property required passport id in advance and being met by owner. Subsequently found that flat was being monitored by cctv, noise level monitor, number of mobile devices being used and monitoring of door entry video camera. Way over the top! Double beds only accessible from one side and no bed side lights. £250 deposit taken in advance and only returned if full compliance with various notes left in property - strip beds, empty bins and take rubbish away etc. A welcome pack would have been nice as per previous properties we have rented. Time slot for access required. If access required after 5pm then £35 surcharge!

Good location.
The location was great. The roof terrace was the best asset. The host 'Olivia' was really nice and helpful. It did give us a nice base to get on with things. Lymm was lovely with nice shops and restaurants.
The bedding was polyester not cotton which was disappointing. You could only get in to bed from one side in both rooms, which was difficult for us. The dishwasher didn’t work.
