We would definitely recommend this hotel to families. It is a very family-friendly hotel, and we really appreciated our stay. We only stayed for half a day because we arrived in the morning from Dubai and then had to leave around midday as we were continuing our journey to Medina. Even though our stay was short, we were grateful for the hospitality and the overall experience. I would just like to make one small suggestion for the hotel: please consider asking families not to allow children to play, run, or shout in the corridors. When guests are tired and trying to sleep or rest, hearing children running and shouting outside the rooms can be quite disturbing. I completely understand that children need to have fun, but perhaps it would be better for them to play in the designated family or indoor areas. Apart from that, thank you very much for welcoming us and allowing us to stay at your hotel. I truly appreciate your hospitality and everything you did for us.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the reception team, who were always helpful and professional. While the breakfast selection was relatively simple, the outstanding hospitality and personal attention provided by Chef Yasser made the experience truly special. His kindness and dedication to ensuring guests feel welcome are highly appreciated.
