    The complex is not hotel quality, It is very old and run down, Has no reception but a number of unhelpful and random men who hang in the car park and offer no help. We needed to leave early to make teh airport 2 hours away but were held hostage and they would not open teh carpark boom gate. As they claimed we did not return the key minutes after we gave them the two keys we were given. They smiled and were rude and constantly phoning someone. Nobody told us the issue just held us for 30 mins. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    Location of the property is great, it is right at the beach. Our apartment was spacious with a very nice layout. Staff was very friendly and allowed us early check-in and late check-out. However, Breakfast was big disappointment, limited options with almost same menu everyday. Also, we recommend more frequent cleaning of apartment (& not once in 5 days as told by staff). Staff must check all in order in apartment before giving it to guests (our washroom shower and basin drain were blocked). Overall a good experience.

    The duplex was very beautiful but nit very clean and they don't even supply cleaning things so no proper mop or dust pan and brush ti tidy up. We asked for cleaner they refused because our stay was for 3 nights. The WiFi is pretty bad too
