La posizione è ottima, sei praticamente sul corso di Cosenza e a due passi dal centro storico. Molto comodo parcheggiare e apprezzo il servizio di self check in. Nella struttura ti gestisci in autonomia e non incontri mai nessuno dello staff, tutto viene fatto via whats app. Anche la colazione e auto gestita. Colazione senza infamia e senza gloria ma aveva tutto quello che serviva.
La pulizia. Troppa polvere sia sui mobili che sulle finestre. Bisognerebbe fare attenzione. I cuscini scomodissimi direi inesistenti, a buon mercato de ne trovano di migliori.

Que Palazzo tan bonito!!!! Precioso y muy bien cuidado. Limpio. Accesorios de baño además de zapatillas. El aire acondicionado perfecto. El salón de desayuno es una preciosidad, y la variedad y cantidad de cosas que hay. No le falta detalle. La atención del personal exquisita, muy amables. Pedimos dejar las maletas antes, sin problema. Cerca del centro.
No funcionaba el ascensor

Чудовий сервіс та сам номер. Привітний адміністратор. Ще здивував сніданок. Не просто його наявність, а що був вибір , а не просто круасан та кава, як в інших готелях.
Гарно, чисто, було 0,5 л. води для кожного, рушники, одноразові капці, зубна щітка та паста.
Дуже зручне ліжко. Гарна столова та затишний номер.

La posizione rispetto al centro
La struttura non è come viene rappresentata in pubblicità. Lo staff ha preteso i documenti dei bimbi per la registrazione ( solo questa struttura ha preteso i documenti dei bimbi e per privacy non è previsto dovevano accertare l'età e basta cosa che mi è stato confermato dalla struttura di Roma ). La struttura anche al mattino che era prevista la colazione abbiamo fatto tutto da soli non c'era nessuno dello staff per ogni evenienza.
