Cozy apartment right by the slope

Very good location for skiers, you can ski down to the apartment. The building has an additional door on the slope side, which allows easy access to the ski room, which is really a small basement, but it is private and lockable. Unfortunately, there was no device for drying boots in the ski room. The garage is accessible under the building, which can be reached through the basement. The building also has a recreation room with foosball and a ping-pong table. The contact with the owner was very good. The kitchen was well-equipped with dish towels, liquid, dishwasher capsules, wine glasses, decently sharp knives, etc.

On the day of arrival, the dishes were not properly cleaned, but it was probably the fault of the previous guests.

Fabulous ski In location. A perfect, comfortable, warm haven at the end of a busy day on the slopes

We loved everything about Casa Da Olivia. The location was perfect - in a nice quiet location - a short walk into town in the evening, and a 100m walk onto the slopes in the morning. We could actually ski to the door at the end of the day when we had finished skiing. There is also a lovely little bar / restaurant called the petit skieur right behind the property, perfect for a bit of apres ski. The apartment itself was compact, but had everything our family of 4 needed. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was modern. It was lovely and warm…..a perfect haven at the end of a tiring day on the slopes. We would definitely book Casa da Olivia again.

Perfect stay in La Thuile

100 metres or less to the piste, ski home to back door, excellent location, everything was as described, no hassle to obtain key. Lavinia is a very friendly and efficient host, prompt replies, will definitely be back.

Not exactly ski-out, but more pleasant than the photos show.

Much more homely inside than the photos show. Great to have a washing machine for ski trips. The host was amazingly helpful, always available to answer questions on whatsapp. Fast internet (enough to stream Netflix). Spacious ski / boot room. Underground garage. Very clean towels and bedding. The kitchen is stocked with basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar. All the windows have complete black-out shutters.

Not exactly ski-out (there is a 100m uphill walk with a vertical rise of about 20m to get to the slopes, so very easy to ski down at the end of the day, but needs to be walked up at the start of each day). Very squeaky sleeper couch.

Gentilissima e disponibile la proprietaria, tutto organizzato in modo preciso. Possibilità di arrivare con gli sci alla porta del condominio e di lasciarli in cantina. Comodissimo. Risalita alle piste 50 metri circa in leggera salita. Disponibile rifugio sulla strada del rientro vicinissimo alla casa, ottimo per una sosta dopo le sciate. Parcheggio coperto.
