We liked the location. Neighborhood was great.

The pictures of this property are not up to date. The driveway was horrible! The pool table was broke, uneven and pockets were broken. The purple kayak was broke, had a note on it that said it had a hole in it. The front outside sitting area needs new furniture, it's very much sun damaged and shredding apart. The swimming dock is across the street that anyone can access. There are 2 tvs one in the house and one in the garage, the garage was very hot so we could not use that one, the tv needs to be moved into the master or kids room. The air conditioner could not keep up with the house, yes it was very hot while we were there, but we are from Texas and use to high Temps and our air conditioner has no problems keeping up. I had the house set on 69 and the house would only stay at 72 during the day. I would not rent this property again and will be more cautious in the future.
