Beautiful lake front condo off a quiet cove from the main channel. From the balcony of this large 2BR/2B condo you can see the pine trees on the other side of the cove and occasionally you will see a large great heron fly in to perch in the trees--we like to call it "Heron's Landing".
Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the patio and listen to music with your favorite beverage. Condo is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend (or friends). If you need to stay connected to work, there is a workspace in the master bedroom complete with a desk, printer and two monitors.
This spacious condo (approximately 1300 square feet) is located in the 7 South area of Lake Hamilton near the Sunbay Resort and the Doubletree Hotel. Small complex with 7 buildings and 28 units, the atmosphere is relaxing and the view is beautiful for taking a stroll around the complex.
This condo is conveniently located with easy access to Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Historic downtown Hot Springs, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Magic Springs and many other attractions.
Come visit the diamond lake area where you have not only Lake Hamilton, but also Lake DeGray, Lake Catherine and gorgeous Lake Ouachita. Enjoy Hot Springs which was known as “neutral territory” when gangsters visited.
Bring your own boat or rent a boat and park in the designated covered boat slip for this property. Treat yourself with a trip to Hot Springs and enjoy the rest and relaxation of staying in this fully-furnished well-decorated condo.

From start to finish, our four day stay was excellent! On short notice Sandra was professional and easy to contact. I frankly can’t understand the one critical review I read about her property. Well located in the heart of Summer fun of Hot Springs! The unit is well appointed and has a high end kitchen with every necessary. Lots of good extras in the pantry and a little coffee if you forgot it. Beds and linens were new and cozy. Highly recommended! AAA
