The room was badly cleaned, the floor was dirty, equipment was dirty. I was charged extra for cleaning.

The staff is very responsive.
The flat is in a basement with very little ventilation, had to open the doors throughout, including at night not to suffocate. There is a bad smell that won’t go away regardless of opening the doors throughout.
The cobwebs in the room needs be removed, there was a spider that kept crawling on the roof at night.
Also, the neighbors above were smoking and you could smell it inside the room.
Also, the couch is very dirty, had to put the covers over it, to sit or lay on it.
