Beautiful property, great amenities and friendly host! I would recommend this place for large families/friends. Value for money!

The fireplace is great and highlight of the house. Spacious with sufficient area for everyone.

The property location was ideal for us, being only 20mins from the closest town and 20mins from the top of Mt Buller where we spent the majority of our holiday. It comfortably housed 11 people with leftover space, and felt like a luxurious mountain lodge. There were a variety of facilities to be used whilst we stayed including 2 bathrooms, a spa bath, a BBQ and deck area, a fireplace, 2 kitchens and 2 lounge room areas. The owner was also accomodating to early check in requests.

The beds were not overly comfortable, and the house wasn’t as clean as expected considering there are 6 hours between check out and checking in. There wasn’t enough firewood left out for our stay by the cleaner (however the owner was very accommodating regarding this), and it was evident that the cleaners don’t move furniture to clean underneath or remove of cobwebs.

Spacious with 5 bedrooms.

Beds uncomfortable. Large cathedral ceiling in living area made it difficult to keep warm. Cobwebs. Bathrooms need updating.
