Loved the interiors, we felt like we were in a luxury Hamnet set! Beautiful rooftop views from the top bedroom. Very quiet, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

The location of this apartment is great - only 5 minutes walk to the heart of Toledo. I liked having a separate sitting room.

Getting in the apartment was difficult due to the door not being fully closed and therefore the lock not working. Once figured out, everything was good. The bedroom is in the basement, and the stairs are a little difficult for older people.

location is good, rooms are clean, ground room is better than the other room with two floors. they let us use washing machine. check in and check out is easy. owner was helpful, since the room is very hot and cold at the same time and not suitable for a baby, she allowed us to switch to the other room.

We stayed in a two-storey room on the first day. There are small stones for decoration on the edges of the down floor room and it is very risky for baby and kids, please check the photos i added, i dont know if it is mold or not. The walls were not covered to show the image of the old building. The first night a big black bug was wandering around (owner said it could come from the window). Since it is under the floor, the cold room is heated by the air conditioner, but there is a large temperature difference between the edges of the room and the middle. This room should not be given to any family with children, when we book the room she should warn us, we didnt know the room was under the ground until too late. Breakfast was not really a breakfast, something to snack on... I don't know if there is room service, because we stayed two days and changed rooms. I am still waiting for the receipt for four days... Edit: I forgot to mention about baby cot, the cot i paid 10euros was broken, it was hardly standing and they put a quilt inside instead of a bed. They did not try to replace or fix it even though they said they will fix it...
