Charming 2-Bed Apartment

Location was close to station. The local high street was not well maintained and mainly cheap takeaways but where the accommodation was situated was pretty quiet.

Shower was a bit hit and miss with water slowing down at times. Living room area only accommodates 2 people

We took our own food for breakfast. The appartment was very clean light and comfortable and was a good location for our visit to Greenwich. it was good to be able to park the car outside.

A bit of a problem with a dripping tap in the kitchen. Probably it wasted a lot of water especially if the property is on a water meter. Nothing at all to dislike

Very clean and well presented. Ideal location for getting to our venue on Saturday and only 45 mins up to the centre of the city on Friday night. Short walk to train station. Host obliged us by allowing a slightly earlier arrival and keys were available in a lock box although we didn’t get to meet her seemed very pleasant.

Very steep stairs on entry - not suitable for elderly or infirm and with small children you’d need a stair gate. Street parking free but busy so could be parked quite a way from the door. Both Friday and Saturday nights were noisy outside until around 01.00. Would not want to spend any time in Plumstead high street. We had no cold water supply to the kitchen and a toilet flush malfunction which I reported on Saturday morning but no one got back to me. The flat was actually very small and very little space to sit, eat etc in the room that served as kitchen, living and dining area. Fine for us as we only wanted to sleep and eat breakfast there but definitely only suitable for two people max. Considering the above I felt it was overpriced and sadly not somewhere I’d return to.
