Great location just a short walk away from the town. Loved that the home was very well supplied kitchen and washing up area so we could cook and do laundry. Lovely home for a short stay and very clean. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

The property is in a great location, quiet but only a short walk to the centre. Parking is always difficult in Pollenca but we always found a space fairly close. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived and the welcome pack a lovely bonus. It was also good to have loo rolls, washing up stuff, bin bags and dishwasher tabs, not always supplied. The beds were really comfortable and the outside space lovely. There were plenty of plates and cutlery.
These small negatives did not detract from our stay but the plates could be updated with more modern crockery. It would be useful to have wooden spoons and tongs to save scratching pans and more serving dishes. The second floor bathroom needs some attention, the toilet is loose on the floor and the shower could be modernised.

Location was an easy stroll into pollensa town, Melena was a great host and a credit to the agent, spotlessly clean and we'll equipped with 3 good sized bedroom and have to say quality beds and linen.
Parking car in the car parks on the edge of town (4mins walk) was no trouble at all. Anyone who has been to pollensa will know parking is an issue.
Air conditioning was very good.
Steep stairs so would not advise anyone who is unstable or very young

The location was perfect to enjoy everything in old town Pollenca and the rest of the island. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. We loved it, and our host responded quickly to chats and we were able to arrive early and depart late.
