Andreas Apartament Marbella Centro

Gostamos de tudo. O apartamento era incrível, super bonitos, muito bem aproveitado, muito completo. Uma autêntica casa com tudo o que é necessário, detergentes e papel tanto para as mãos ou para a casa de banho também não faltava. O quarto tinha uma cama de casal e a sala um sofá cama muito confortável. A varanda que está fechada tinha janelas que abertas secavam a roupa e tolhas rapidamente. Com lugar na garagem, incluído no preço do alojamento,estacionamos e já não mexemos mais no carro. Supermercados do outro lado da estrada fecham tarde, para chegar não mar e à zona dos bares, restaurantes e discoteca é só descer a rua. Proprietarii muito muito atencioso, sempre disponível para ajudar em todas as dúvidas e informações que precisávamos. Adoramos e recomendamos muito.

Dzīvoklī ir viss, lai jūstos kā mājās (ēdienu gatavošanas trauki, galda piederumi, cukurs, kafija, tēja, eļļa utm.) Veļas mašīna ar veļas pulvera kapsulām, dušas želeja, šampūns u.c. Ļoti ērta gulta. Skats pa logu arī labs. Patika krēsti uz lodžijas.

- The host is a very helpful and friendly person, but when you rate a stay, you should rate an apartment and not just the host. He even accepted us to arrive at 11 am which is very unusual in Spain. This is probably why I am rating this as "5" and not lower (see the flaws of the apartment). - Location, the apartment is very centrally located in Marbella.

- The biggest flaw of the apartment is... just outside of it. The escalator/elevator is very old and noisy and as it is just next door to the apartment, you can hear it all day and all night (the crane crashes/bumps wake you up all the time). If you like peaceful stay - do not book this place! - Another big flaw is the cleanliness. It looked OK, but if you dig a bit deeper (shower, oven), the place is filthy. The worst was the kitchen and the kitchenware. It was just dirty after the last guests. - Equipment is bad. It felt like the owner just put all his old furniture and old/used devices there. The dust cleaner is especially bad. It breaks and does not work properly. - Finally: the parking place. Even though it is located below the building, you cannot take the elevator there, and instead you have to walk a lot to another building, then go 1 floor below by stairs and only then you have an elevator to go another 2 floors down.
