This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a king bed, built in twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. We have been coming to Gulf Crest for 7 years. We love the ocean, balconies, staff and the building. Would not spend our winters anywhere else.

Literally everything was perfect in unit 1706! The room was clean. We were able to check in earlier than expected. Beds were comfortable! Plenty of cups/plates/cooking utensils/pots and pans. The balcony is wonderful with plenty of seating options! Beach chairs being included is a HUGE plus. There were beach chairs and a cooler in the room you could take down also!
My only suggestion would be to add more washcloths to the unit, and this is me having to try to think of anything that could be improved.
It was a great vacation! From the room to the weather to the eating; everything was perfect! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We have stayed in this unit for 8 years. This year the unit has lost its charm. The decor has been stripped down and it doesn't feel as homey. Unfortunately the master bedroom's bedspread was very dirty. Just not as impressed as in years past.
