Very good location. Appartment is comfortable and spacious. Closest to the beach and pool. Quiet place comparing to most AUE resorts, esp. vs. Dubai. All pictures in the profile are relevant and truly represent user experience. Appartment has 3 comfortable bedrooms, and one with single bed with no windows (convininet if you travel with maidservant or with small babies). All bedroms are with private bathroms. Lvinng room/dining/kitchen is fully eqipped. Place is ideal for 6 or 6+1 family stay. Great value for money! Desent beach with fish and turtles living, good for snorkeling. Host is VERY nice, helping with all needs. All Address Hotel services are available with respective billing. Best recommendations.

restarants at the hotel territory are of upper level but with questionable value for money. Main hotel buffet restrant is charging 120/160 AED for breakfat/dinner per person resp. But you can order delivery from a few street restarants and grocery with Talabat service. Place is quiet, but the other side of this is the absense of any urban life ourside hotel territory. There are only natural mountain trails at the walking distance. The beach has limited number of umbrellas and sunbeds. They are free for residents too, but be ready for early wake up and booking or expect vacancies only afternoon.

Owner is very flexible with check-in and check-out and nice to us. Property location is directly on the pool and the closest to the beach. Main balcony is spacious and has a nice view to the pools and the beach.

The views, size of property is big enough for a family of 6, there are enough storage space, kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is clean and the furnishings are of high quality. Ayesha is an amazing host it was an absolute pleasure. She is very accommodating, responsive and generous.
