Location, friendly landlord, beautiful building and also the apartment was pretty. Closed gates so I could safely keep my bicycle outside for the night. Slept well in the cool flat. Plenty of storage soace for one.
No washing machine, low water pressure in shower (this seemed to be common in Germany). Took some days to get the temperature up.
