ruhige, kleine Wohnung mit wild romantischem Garten. Gute Lage. öffentliche Parkplätze in ausreichender Zahl vor dem Haus. Gute Matratzen.
Nur die Küchenausstattung sollte mal wieder überprüft werden, abgelaufene Gewürze, fehlende Pfanne.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die in der Realität viel größer ist als sie auf den Fotos erscheint. Lage etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dadurch aber ruhig. Die Anbindung ist durch mehrere Straßenbahnen sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in fußläufiger Entfernung zu finden, ebenso ein Bäcker. Dort kann man hervorragend frühstücken. Parkplätze sind auf der Straße zu finden. Positiv: die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe.
