Lage optimal - nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Trotz stark befahrener Straße recht ruhig. Große Wohnung.
Zutritt zu Haus und Wohnung nur mit Smartphone möglich - für ältere Semester schwierig, zudem der Code nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert hat. Außerdem schwierige Parksituation - oft nur Plätze für Anwohner vorhanden. Die wenigen frei verfügbaren fast immer belegt. Vorgesehen für bis zu 6 Personen, aber u.a. nur 4 Besteckmesser vorhanden.

Es war sehr sauber. Es war jederzeit jemand zu erreichen. Mit den Parkmöglichkeiten musste man sich etwas beschäftigen, aber es war OK. Hinweis: Schaut nach den Schildern am Anfang der Strasse, es gibt viele wöchentliche Halteverbote für die Straßenreinigung.
Im Wohnbereich gab es einen großen Tisch mit Stühlen. Leider kein Sofa o.ä. Das war dann Abends nicht ganz so bequem. In der Beschreibung steht EG, aber es sind 3 Treppen.
