The abundance of space the house has, the facilities, the spa, the view of the mountains and river, the large fireplace, the spacious kitchen with everything we needed. Everything was so clean on arrival, the house was warm and inviting. When we had an issue with working the stovetop someone was very quickly organised to come and check it out (would suggest providing a booklet with information on how to work some of the very fancy appliances) :)
The bedroom description on booking.com was incorrect so the bedding configuration didn't really suit our group - and the managers were unable to accommodate any requests we made to rectify this (ie roll away bed, mattress etc)

there was so much to enjoy and love. the view was amazing from the lounge room and the spa. the house was really big with so much room for our family of 6. it was decorated beautifully and we really enjoyed tv room, outdoor spa and large kitchen.
