Incredible bad!

Nothing, the host simply refused to leave the key or to wait for me to come in. He even refused to speak to me or to Booking team. Just a horrible experience. Stay away at any cost.

Very negative experience. Host leave me freezing cold outside without providing the keys or any option to check in.

Awesome host, thogh beware that you're only getting a bedroom.

Very friendly and charming host. The SBahn station is only about 13 min walk, or you can ride 2 stops with the bus (the bus stop is only a minute away).

Watch out! No wifi and no kitchen! There's only a bathroom for to be shared with the entire house, which can get a bit busy.

A scam

Nothing, it a a scam

It’s a scam. A cheap hotel, close to the airport. Why would people use it? Because they have a late flight and the transports are not available. You do the reservation and right to the host to say you ll arrive late. He answers something vague, in German. You ask again and you receive a call -this time in good English- to tell you you won’t get a refund, it s your fault if you didn’t read the conditions of the house before. Thing is: I just made a reservation 5 minutes ago. So, if I don’t get a refund when asking kindly to make a late check out, it means that the hotel manager is not honest.

The area is calm and comfortable for family holidays and friends. You will feel in peace and relaxed. It's amazing.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet.

They allowed me to check in late via phone call. The room was spacious and clean. Towels are provided and folded nicely at the end of the bed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The owner was readily available on the phone for check in and check out.

Because of the late check in, the phone call made it more difficult to get into the house because of the language barrier. The doors are a bit hard to open, they take some effort.

Very convenient location for a night close to the airport with good connections through the Troisdorf train station, just 10 minutes away on foot. Very warm and hospitable hosts, open to flexible check in and out hours. Very nice price-quality deal.

Window in the room faces the main street and there's no option to block out the vision except for a thicker translucent curtain, though it's not a busy street and the neighbors in front are not too close, about 50m away.

Paid cash on check-in. Then two days after I got a message to ask if I stayed there. Credit card was then charged in error. Still trying to obtain the refund. Check-in was a shambles. Man at reception was useless.

There were not any good places to eat healthy food near this place. So, if you prefer good food, you need to think about this beforehand. Because you cannot use kitchen here and you will not find any cafes or restaurants except junk food.
