Modern furnished 1-room non-smoking apartment (34 m²) for max. 2 people on the ground floor, only 1 step to the entrance in a quiet location with parking directly at the house. Parking space for bicycles in a lockable garage possible. The apartment is equipped with electric shutters, cable TV, internet (WiFi), modern shower room with underfloor heating (shower / toilet barrier-free), hair dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
Bed linen and towels incl.
Price 40 - 42 € per night including all utilities (electricity / water / heating), final cleaning.
Plus guest fee (tourist tax) 2,20 € per person and day, this is payable in cash on site.
