Location of the hotel is convenient

The space between the bed and wall is not adequate
The bed frames are protruding beyond the mattress which makes it very uncomfortable especially to get down from the bed
Room cleanliness and general upkeep needs improvement.

Location was good.
Rooms are smaller than what they show on the app. While booking the room the amnesties shown included bathroom slippers but it was not provided even after asking twice. Rooms have no windows. Exhaust in the bathroom was too loud.

Food for dinner was excellent.
Morning despite promise to provide bed tea at 7am and breakfast at 8am, no tea was provided,duty staff did not reach hotel even till 8am when I left. Only one person was available who did not have courtesy to even help in getting my luggage down.
Paid for breakfast which was nit provided.
