The location is good and other than the construction it would make for easy access to front beach rd or back beach rd. The pools were great with 3 full size pools and a hot tub and toddler pool. Paid parking was conveniently close to the condo.
Have to buy parking pass and arm bands even for 6 and 7 year old kids so that was another $85 total for a family of 4. Not the hosts fault but There were people openly drinking bottled beer at the pool and using foul language and playing annoying profane rap music with their portable speakers. They should ban speakers because what if everyone did this? It would just be a loud cluster flub. I will say that after about 30 minutes security gaurd came and told them they cant have glass bottle there but he said nothing about the profane laced "music". The security was quite vigilant in making sure we had our arm bands though. the construction had the entrances blocked at random times during the day and no signs to let you know before you drove that way until you got to the road block but it was only a minor inconvenience. Once it's finished (construction) it will be great! All that being said 95% of the stay was great. I'm only pointing out some annoyances I experienced.

The bed was comfortable and shower was hot. The host had extra things like a box fan, beach chairs, sand toys, salt and pepper. The porch is a cozy  little hang out area. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows.
There was a little bit of a walk to the beach. We were close to the amenities of the condo but further from the beach. A beach wagon would be nice to have. It’s hard to keep the condo cool even with keeping the door shut.

Peaceful and quiet. Very clean, cozy, and nice people. Enjoyed much needed time together, my husband and I. The Security as well as other families and couples we met were all so friendly.
just wearing the wrist bands, but understand why and was really no big deal.
