Poznańska Street Apartment

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also good, close to the modern part of Warsaw. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The only thing that disappointed me was the communication at checkout. When we arrived, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. However, when we checked out, I messaged to let her know that I had left the key on the table at the entrance, but I didn’t receive any response or even a confirmation that the message had been received. I found this a little disappointing because acknowledging a guest’s checkout message is important. It would have been nice to have the same level of communication at the end of the stay as we had at the beginning.

Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr interessanter Stadtteil. Schön eingerichtet. Auch für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

The location is very good, about 10 minutes from the train and 3 minutes from various public transport options. The street where the accommodation is located is very trendy, full of good places to grab a bite, eat, have coffee, and more. The accommodation is located within a condominium, so despite its central location, it's very quiet. The apartment was very clean, with towels, sheets, and all the amenities you would expect from an apartment where you might plan to prepare meals. The hostess always responded very promptly to our phone calls, both when we arrived and when we left.

Because it's probably an old building, the water sometimes drains quickly... especially in the sink and shower cubicle. That was the only negative point to mention.

Vicino al centro (15 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo della Cultura).

La proprietaria non è stata per niente comunicativa, non ci ha inviato il codice per effettuare il check out e quindi ci siamo dovuti ingegnare da soli effettuando video per dimostrare di aver lasciato le chiavi nell’appartamento e contattando l’assistenza Booking. Supporto durante il soggiorno pari a zero (ci ha risposto quando ormai eravamo tornati a casa dal viaggio). L’appartamento non era molto pulito (c’era polvere in giro e sulle mensole), dei peli nella doccia, odore di fumo che si sente entrando nell’appartamento (di cui è probabilmente intrisa la carta da parati).
