Nice location and region with great beaches and people.
The house has great potential, with private parking and security.
You can walk very easily to the beach (10min.). You can also go by car and the parking it's free
Beaches with great sand, water temperature and local bars.
The house has a great potential, but it needs more attention to details, decoration and cleaning (we had to clean the house when we have arrived, because it was full of dog hair all around the house).
It needs to be painted, better finishings and furniture, also more kitchen items (microwave, etc...), for more comfort, quicker meals and cleaning.
Also provide bathroom towels it could be a positive detail (no towels for us).

L’intero complesso in cui è inserita la villetta è un po’ fatiscente. Molta parte dei viali era al buio completo.
