All the in-room amenities were great and the towels were very nice. Happy there was an elevator for the luggage.
Bedding sheet on queen bed had a stain. We had no idea until we showed up at 8:30am that we could not leave our bags until 10:30am because there was no reception. This ended up costing us 50 euro for extra baggage storage because we did not know until we arrived despite being told we could leave our bags. It was very frustrating. Was told there was an iron but the cabinets in the common space were locked so we were unable to access.

Good location in Monti. Communication with hosts was great, and they accomodated early check-in. Bathroom was clean and well-appointed. Beds were the most comfortable in our travels in Italy.
The building itself is a bit shabby. The room was very small, and we had the impression from the description (1 bedroom) that there was a separate bedroom. But it's all just one room with a double bed and two singles. Tight for four adults.

Nice coffee bar/ restaurant underneath for morning snacks!
Nothing much really, it was slightly noisy a few nights when other guests left as the doors are quite clunky!

Great location. Very central to local ameneties, shopping and tourist attractions.
The air condition was not cold enough even in May, the shower head was leaking and spraying water outside the shower and the beds were average, especially the two fold out beds in the second room.
