La ubicación y vistas desde el apartamento, su limpieza y tamaño, y la comodidad de tener el parking disponible.
Que me hagan recoger la basura si tienen cuatro horas y media entre check-out y check-in para limpiar (que, además está bien cobrado).

Very good location, very nice and big apartment, very helpful and nice host. The rooms are big, there is an awesome view to the see. The apartment is near to the center, but very quite.
The kitchen could use some renovation, both the machines and the equipment.

Beautifull, design apartament in perfect location. Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, balconies. All this allows to stay in comfort for 4 people. There is all the necessary appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, etc., good for longer stay also. Private underground parking. Polite host.
The apartment has clearly been well loved, and some of the furniture shows signs of wear. A little more attention to maintenance and upkeep would help preserve its unique charm and character.

La ubicación.
Las vistas eran espectaculares
Se nota que la vivienda está muy usada.
Estaba limpio . Y muy amplio todo
Era un lujo , el espacio.
Nosotros no cocinamos nada.
Pero la vitro y el horno y demás estaban bastante viejos.
Con un poco de reforma, quedaría espectacular
$$$$
