House 3 Bed, 2Bath, FREE Parking in The Woodlands

I liked the price, the beds, and they had Netflix. I loved that they had a baby bed and changing station in the office room. The owner responded in a timely manner. Not far from stores. Quiet and old neighborhood.

Honestly, this place should not have been listed in the winter during a cold front. There was no heating and the temperature in this home stayed very cold causing most to become sick. They did provide three space heaters the next evening but they didn't work the majority of the stay. They put out minimum heat the last day we were there. I notified the owner but he told me that I was wrong and they did work. He would have been more effective bringing fire logs for the fireplace instead. The kitchen could have been stocked better to make the cooking easier. Some plastic cups and bowls would have been better for the children as well. The garage was stinky due to trash from the prior occupants being in the bin still. There should have been extra trashbags as well.
