The place was spacious, with adequate kitchen supplies. Plenty of parking. AC set at 74 degrees kept the unit very comfortable in the TX heat. Very close to hiking trails. Owner and manager are very responsive.
Location is across from a cemetery and a storage facility (which, at one point in our stay, a storage tenant blared music for half an hour). There is no real vent, cooking might become a challenge.

The location is very central to the woodlands mall. Outside area is very green, save and mostly quiet. Pool area and gym was nice. The pool was mostly empty. Apartment has seen better days. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very friendly and check in super easy.
The bathroom was very disappointing (tub was dirty and walls were painted in different shades of gray). We also found some used underwear under our bed (I believe from the guests before).
