Very close to the sea, in a peaceful area. Everything was like in the photos. Very good communication with Nicola.

The villa is located very close to the sea. Easily found and lots of space to park the car on the street.

The apartment we booked was below ground lvl (did not realize that from the photos) and therefore very dark. Didn't smell great either. Bathtub didn't work. Owners didn't speak English - I didn't get the initial msg right and needed to confirm apartment number.

The apartment is on the basement and it's s smell. For those with respiratory problems I won't recommend. The bathroom has a pump to push the water up, and it's very noisy.

L'abitazione puzza di muffa, ci sono state date indicazioni per il riscaldamento che poi si è rivelato non funzionante, bagno gelido e cucina unta, mancanza di coperte e lenzuola per il terzo letto, assenza di acqua calda, telecomandi non funzionanti per i televisori. Abbiamo cercato di contattare il proprietario che ripetutamente non ci ha risposto.

Il bagno era sporco La cucina era sporca Il frigorifero era pieno di muffa La casa puzzava terribilmente di umidità Ogni movimento fuori casa era udibile tutti gli utensili da cucina erano sporchi bicchieri forchette cucchiai tutto Nella pubblicità c'era scritto anche colazione inclusa Quando ho pagato, ho ricevuto un messaggio che diceva che mi dava solo una colazione Quando in realtà eravamo in tre Il soggiorno è stato davvero disgustoso

Byl tam zápach sklepa,protože to byl sklep a ne apartmán na dovolenou.Nafoceno tak aby to nešlo vydět.S majitelem se nedá vůbec domluvit.Na dotazy na vracení peněz vůbec nereagoval.Sklep jsme jen otevřeli,zhrozili se,nafotili reálné foto a odešli pryč.

Soggiorno breve, peccato per l'acqua calda!

Nonostante sia una taverna (quindi un pò buia) è arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort; spazi generosi, silenzio e pulizia i punti forti.

C'è stato un inconveniente con l'acqua calda (dovevamo farci la doccia ma abbiamo dovuto abbandonare l'idea)... peccato!

Ottima struttura a un super prezzo!

La struttura è molto grande, accogliente, pulita e fornita di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. In taverna è presente di tutto, come se si fosse in un appartamento, ma al costo di una singola stanza. Molto apprezzata l'acqua nel frigo e il check-in automatico senza dover stare agli orari.

Purtroppo dal trituratore del WC uscivano cattivi odori, ogni volta ch si scaricava bisognava uscire subito dal bagno perché gli odori non erano di certo gradevoli. Per il resto tutto ottimo.
