Great apartment in a cool area of eppendorf Hamburg

The apartment has everything I needed to spend a week in Hamburg. It is in a quiet part of eppendorf near some great restaurants. There is Supermarkts closely to buy and make in the apartment if you don’t want to go out The bed is comfortable and the shower is great!

Great location, easy to reach, and a very calm, safe neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. The host was very responsive and understanding, which was much appreciated.

A few small things could be improved. The apartment was quite warm on arrival and hard to cool down. The kitchen lighting was very yellow green and different from the photos. The soundproofing did not match what was advertised, as neighbors were clearly audible.

It is very comfortable and has everything I needed. The kitchenette is well equipped and the fridge is large. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with a good shower. I really like the code entry system. The location is great, quiet and close to shops and restaurants.

Is one of this anonymous building endless codes - don’t drink wine and take a torch with you. The sensor lighting system doesn’t allow much time for typing … the bathroom has a similar challenging lighting what helped me not to see myself in the mirror - but in general it’s a nice convenient business flat - wifi not strong unfortunately - jan my remote first aid from cologne I assume was responsive and friendly and helped me quick with late check out options - if the team can optimize the situation especially around the lighting and find a way to shorten the codes from 10 figures to 4 that people can enjoy a wine without hahaha trouble to enter the flat again :-) I am happy to come back

Super-convenient, comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood

Very quiet, huge room, modern, nice TV, perfect temperature, smelled clean, big shower, good towel heater, good water pressure and temperature, clean, comfortable furniture (sofa and several chairs), very close to Birdland (jazz club) and lots of food shopping, came with complimentary water/coffee, 1km walk to U-Bahn thru a nice neighborhood but the weather was good so it was easy, late-night mini-market a few meters away. For our purposes, better than a hotel (we value privacy, space and comfort). Fast communication.

While not having a lot of service, a very comfortable space with a nice kitchen and fridge.

We like the space and how it was setup. The kitchen behind the bed, separated by a bar. The bed was comfortable and there were a few nice comfy seats. We were on the ground floor, which had a nice place we could sit, outside. There wasn't really an extra service and if you are looking for that, then look elsewhere. This place is meant for short stays, where you want to arrange everything yourself. I you plan to stay and work in Hamburg for a long time, then it's a great location to work at and travel from. Also, the shower was great.

When we came in, we had a note that some Fritz Kola was waiting for us in the fridge. Well... there wasn't any. But we considered it as an insignificant issue.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Apartment hatte eine gute Größe, war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte ausreichend Stauraum. Das Bett war bequem und im Sommer könnte man die Terrasse gut nutzen. Bushaltestellen, Bäckerei und Supermarkt liegen in der Nähe.

Wir hatten reichlich Schneefall und die Gehwege waren mit Splitt gestreut. So wäre es gut gewesen, wenn wir für die Schuhe einen Fußabstreifer oder eine Plastikschale zum Abstellen gehabt hätten. Über dem Herd gab es keine Abluft. Wir haben uns nur Eier zum Frühstück gekocht, dennoch hat uns die schriftliche Warnung verunsichert, dass wir die Feuerwehr bezahlen müssten, falls der Rauchmelder ausgelöst wird.

Das Apartment käme für den nächsten Besuch definitiv wieder in Frage!

Sehr geräumiges, helles Apartment, modern und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super bequemes Bett, schöne große Dusche!!! Wohnbereich mit Couch, zwei bequemen Sesseln und TV, super. Mein Hund und ich hatten genügend Platz für 10 Nächte. Küche hat alles was man zum Frühstücken und für kleine Gerichte braucht. Es wurde auch einmal ohne Nachfrage frische Handtücher und Bettbezug ins Zimmer gelegt, sowie Haushaltsutensilien aufgefüllt. Das Haus im Innenhof ist super gelegen, ruhige Lage mit schnellen Anbindungen, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen.

Leider roch es im Flur, im 3. Stock, jedesmal sehr unangenehm. Zigarettenrauch, Essengerüche etc…. man selbst hatte leider keine Möglichkeit mal zu lüften. Die Küche und das Bad hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können. Leider hat die Café Maschine nicht funktioniert. Mit einem Sitzkissen wären die Stühle etwas komfortabler und nicht so kalt…

eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in guter Lage, die unseren Erwartungen entsprach, wir kommen wieder

Wir waren über Silvester 2025/2026 eine Woche Urlaub in Hamburg machen und haben uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Wir hatten keine große Erwartung, Hauptsache relativ günstig, ein wenig ansprechend und mit Parkplatz (hier Tiefgarage, was hinsichtlich der "Silvester-Stimmung" in Hamburg eine gute Wahl war) sowie guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Den Großteil der Zeit waren wir unterwegs, daher haben wir das Apartment im Prinzip nur zum schlafen genutzt. Die von uns genutzte Buslinie 5 war ca. 6 Minuten entfernt, mit einmal umsteigen in die U3 war man dann auch schon nach weiteren 10 Minuten an den Landungsbrücken. In der Umgebung des Apartments gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch einen Minimarkt, der selbst abends nach 23 Uhr noch geöffnet hatte. Man kann sich problemlos versorgen und das Auto dann einfach stehenlassen. Weitere positive Aspekte: - Anmieten des Parkplatzes in der Tiefgarage hat nach der Buchung einfach und unkompliziert funktioniert - Kontakt zum Betreiber ist problemlos und umfangreich, ich habe stets über alles Bescheid gewusst, Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet, telefonische Erreichbarkeit vor und nach dem Buchen war auch immer gegeben - es war sauber und ordentlich - die Küche war weitgehend vollständig und hatte sogar einen Geschirrspüler - das Bad ist schön groß, es gab genügend WC-Papier, die Dusche und deren Duschkopf ist super Für unsere Zwecke war daher alles gut und wir können das Apartment insoweit weiterempfehlen, würden es auch erneut buchen. Die kleineren "Auffälligkeiten", die im folgenden aufgezählt werden, haben den Gesamteindruck nicht erheblich geschmälert, es waren jetzt keine absoluten NoGo's dabei.

- insgesamt ist die Beleuchtung uns persönlich im gesamten Apartment zu dunkel, vor allem in dieser Jahreszeit - der Wasserhahn in der Küche war nicht festmontiert, sondern wackelte lose hin und her - anfänglich kam überall nur kaltes Wasser raus, die Temperaturen des Warmwasserboilers mussten daher erst erhöht werden, für die Fernbedienung, die dort lag, gab es jedoch keine Anleitung - der Erstcode für den Self-Checkin des Apartments hat beim Eintreffen nicht funktioniert, hier musste erst telefoniert werden, glücklicherweise hat das innerhalb von 15 Minuten zum Einlass geführt - die Codebedienfelder am Haus und zur Tiefgarage sind unbeleuchtet, das ist sehr ungünstig, wir haben fast immer unsere Handytaschenlampen benötigt - das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, umso weniger verstehe ich die gewählte Raumaufteilung, hier wäre es problemlos möglich gewesen, ein eigenes "Schlafzimmer" zu separieren, so dass z.B. bei 2 Gästen derjenige, der Frühaufsteher ist, sich schonmal sinnvoll beschäftigen kann (das geht so eben nicht, da es nur ein großes Zimmer ist) - in Hinblick auf die Größe der Apartments hätte man das Bett auch gerne in 180 cm anstatt in 160 cm hinstellen können - es gab bereits diverse Benutzungsspuren an Wänden, der Küche etc. - der Herd mit den 2 Kochfeldern in der Küche ist faktisch nicht nutzbar, da keine Dunstabzugshaube installiert ist, dafür liegt ein Warnzettel über sensibel eingestellte Rauchmelder aus mit dem unmissverständlichen Hinweis, dass etwaige Einsätze der Feuerwehr selbst zu zahlen sind - bei der Ankunft blockierte das Auto des Reinigungspersonals unseren angemieteten Parkplatz (stand quer über 2 Parkplätze) - die Tiefgarage ist sehr beengt, mit wirklich großen Autos dürfte es sehr anstrengend sein, darin zu rangieren - das WLAN hatte manchmal kurzfristige Aussetzer - es gab nur 5 Kleiderbügel, hier könnte man ein wenig aufstocken, in der kalten Jahreszeit ist das für 2 Personen viel zu wenig

Das schöne Wetter. So konnten wir viel unterwegs sein und mussten nur kurz das Zimmer nutzen.

Insgesamt sehr abgewohnt und schmutzige Wände ekelerregender Geruch im Bad, Rückstände von Wasserschaden oder sonstigem an den Wänden, unsaubere Dusche verdreckter Wasserkocher Mangelhafte Kommunikation: Gewünscht wurde KEIN Zimmer im EG. Welches Zimmer habe ich erhalten: Ein Zimmer im EG. Auf Fragen keine zeitnahe Antwort. Aufgrund meiner Beschwerde habe ich zwar ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches nicht ganz so schlimm war, aber auch das war kein Highlight.

Für uns war die Lage hervorragend. In zweiter Reihe hört man keinen Straßenverkehr. Die Küche ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine und Trockener sind gegen einen geringen Preis verfügbar.

Es wäre super, wenn es zwischendurch die Möglichkeit gäbe, sich neue Handtücher geben zu lassen.

Im Apartment 005 komplett defekter Duscheschlauch. Ebenfalls defekter Wasserhahn in der Küche. Sollte beim Zimmercheck durch die Supervisor kontrolliert werden! Die Mitarbeiter von ipartment waren unfähig Fehler bei der Buchung selbst nach 5 Anrufen zu klären und anzupassen. Ohne Hilfe vom kompetenten booking.com Team wäre die Sache nicht geregelt worden!!! Wir haben drei sehr schöne Tage in ihrem ipartment verbracht!

Die Lage war für uns perfekt! Sehr ruhig gelegen und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Am Samstag, 14.06. 2025 fanden wir eine sehr seltsame Situation vor, als wir am Abend das ipartment betraten. Das ipartment war im gleichen Zustand, wie wir es am Morgen verlassen hatten,.......! Es fehlte jedoch ein Oberbett!!!!! Wie das möglich war, ist uns bis heute ein Rätsel. Denn es fehlten keine weiteren Dinge, weder persönliche noch zur Wohnung gehörende Gegenstände. Eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin (Notfallnummer) konnte uns weiter helfen, ein neues Oberbett zu bekommen. Dafür nochmal vielen, lieben Dank!

Chambre bien équipée mais pingrerie de l'hôtelier en matière de draps

Chambre grande, moderne et bien décorée. Quartier calme avec vue sur jardin. Bon équipement dans la chambre (grande télé, lave-vaisselle, plaques chauffantes pour cuisiner, ustensiles de cuisine, frigo).

Bruits assez importants provenant d'une chambre voisine en début de nuit - l'isolation ne peut pas grand chose contre ce genre de malotrus. Le quartier n'est pas central mais desservi en bus. De façon étrange, le lit double était muni d'un seul oreiller et d'un duvet pour une personne ou un lit simple, qui ne couvrait donc pas tout le lit. Cela était très inconfortable et donne l'impression d'une grande radinerie du gestionnaire. Jamais vu cela ailleurs - la règle est de donner des draps et duvets qui conviennent à un lit double, peu importe si une ou deux personnes l'occupent. J'ai contacté l'hôtel mais on m'a comprendre qu'il fallait payer un supplément "personne supplémentaire" pour obtenir un deuxième duvet et oreiller. Puis plus aucune réponse devant mon insistance. Comportement décevant et très peu hospitalier. Cette politique est à revoir d'urgence et donne une mauvaise impression à l'ensemble du séjour...

Viel zu laut, sowohl vom Fahrstuhl aus als auch vom Innenhof. Wir konnten von drei Nächten nur in einer einigermaßen schlafen, in der zweiten Nacht noch schlechter. Die dritte Nacht hat nicht stattgefunden und haben vorzeitig ausgecheckt.
