This property is very pretty, within walking distance of a convenience store, and fully equipped. My room had a personal AC unit, there was a bath and toilet, and plenty of space to sit and park. The hosts were very kind even though my Japanese isn't very good still.
Someone without a car might have trouble getting around, but there are no problems at all if you do have one!
