Cozy cottage and fantastic area

Good location, comfortable bed and bedding, big park near by with playground, good size backyard, fenced in with high fences, good size house, had coffee pods and coffee machine. It has the amenities of a complete home, so would be okay for a longer stay. We didnt use the washing machine or oven with stove top, but has both.

The prior reviews are correct. It was dirty, sticky floors, general dirt & grimy everywhere, filthy bath / shower, poo flakes under the toilet seat, greasy kitchen blinds, the front door is an internal lockable door handle (we have the same one) marks, finger prints & grime all over the walls & used coffee pods in the machine. There is a hole in the kitchen subfloor that laminate floorboards are lay over, I doubt it would take weight over 80kgs. From reading the other reviews and seeing ourselves I think the owner needs to find new cleaners! We took photos too after reading the owners prior responses. We left the house as we found it. We put our used linen & towels in the laundry, did our dishes, empty the bin & our dogs stayed in their beds on the floor or in the backyard at all times, and we picked up our dogs poo (as everyone should). The host messaged us our check in details, but also requested an additional $20 per dog via bank transfer or cash - if applicable. We did not pay the additional $40. Booking.com confirmed our 2x dogs were inc. In the price & booking, & sent us a reminder to not pay the host any additional $. I don't normally leave reviews, but after reading the prior reviews I felt it was necessary to support the prior reviewers.
