Apartamento muy coqueto y con lo necesario. La ubicación muy buena.

La cama de matrimonio se hundía por el centro. Al ser tipo dúplex, hay que tener en cuenta que no es apto para todo el mundo por las escaleras.

- Location: gorgeous walking path near water area with lots of sailboats 5min away together with restaurants, HiperDino 3min away(!), shopping mall with McDonalds-Primark-other 15min walk, Playa del Reducto 15min walk, bus station 15-20min walk too. - Great wifi! - Kitchen had fridge-freezer, pots-pans, everything necessary. Kettle! - The owner is friendly and seems to be listening to reviews -> there was a mop and broom available, dehumidifier and fan in the bedroom. - Great value for around £60-70 per night - Shower pressure was good - Plug right next to the bed and a switch for the light - No bugs at sight! Only a single sad spider on the gate at night :) (Tenerife greeted me with pharaoh ants and cockroaches, so this was a really pleasant surprise) - Easy access to the property via key box NB! To all the tall people out there -> the bedroom ceiling is quite low. I'm 5ft 4 (163cm) and could touch the ceiling with my whole palm if I lifted my hand straight up.

- There is no soundproofing whatsoever. As mentioned on the title - if you are a light sleeper or your nervous system is generally bit heightened - this place really isn't for you! Trust me, I lost lots of sleep and took a while to adjust! Even then - still got woken up many times at night. You will hear the neighbours (who aren't screaming or banging pots and pans), you will hear everyone walking past as if they're upstairs in the loft with you. If there are any men chatting along or getting into their cars (often) - you might feel like they are trying to break in the house due to sounds. Every cough, sneeze or sentence - you will hear it! It might sound quiet, so you won't bother to use earplugs, but you never know if the street will have a handful of people walking past and lively speaking to each other to wake you up.. - The lighting is really harsh. Kitchen and bedroom both have a daylight LED light on the wall. Kitchen extractor fan has a warmer and milder light, which was great alternative, but bedroom did not have a more mellow wind-down lamp. - No extraction-fan in the bathroom, which isn't too bad for a single person using it for the shower, but if we're talking about using the toilet for number twos - it's horrendous as the kitchen is just outside the bathroom sliding door. One or two steps away! Who wants to be cooking while able to smell the bathroom? - The toilet lid was testing my patience by closing on my back every single time I sat down. Disgusting (!!) and very irritating. Ended up doing MacGyver DIY with a foil hook holding it back. It worked! - Pan needs swapping out. Everything sticks and burns. __________________________________________________________________ Not necessarily negative; constructive criticism : x Shelf on the wall next to the bed would be nice ("bedside table"). Otherwise everything cluttered on the floor. x Shelf in the bathroom would be helpful too.
