Il monolocale è pulito e funzionale, connessione internet molto scarsa, grande peccato il fatto che fosse un secondo piano senza ascensore, poco pratico per persone con problemi di movimento, nessun panorama visibile, solo un cantiere di immobile in costruzione, il parcheggio a duecento metri grande e accogliente gratis se si esclude il parcheggiatore "volontario" che cambia giornalmente. Resta che l' appartamento e sulla cima di un paio di salite piuttosto ripide, fino a che non si trovano vie più lunghe ma meno impegnative.
Decisamente scarso: WiFi, salite ripide, siamo fuori che dentro
