It was a modern openplan, spacious accommodation set over two floors built at the rear of a lovely period property. A short walk from a row of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Just about a mile and half walk to the centre of Norwich
You just need to know there are steps down from the car park and up into the apartment. And between the two floors. But handrails provided everywhere.

Great location for Unthank Road, city centre and UEA. Large apartment with a well equipped and comfortable open plan living area. Good communication with Mike, the owner.
