Location and property was perfect for me and what I was doing whilst there. It was convenient for travel to Cumbrian Heavy Horses and Silecroft Beach. Rail line added bonus to travel around to other places and leave the car behind.

Clean, comfortable and enough indoor space.
Outside space. Lots of weeds and neglected planters. Although a tiny space it could be much better if screened and cleaned and good plants in pots used.

Very peaceful location, no noise nuisance, all expected facilities are there (including fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). Bedrooms are spacious, cosy and warm.
Parking is not quite obvious - most of the time the on-street parking was occupied, so had to find some parking spaces in the parking area nearby.

A like the view of the mountains, and the proprietor was very friendly and very helpful.
She was very helpful in helping to solve the situation that happen when we arrived there.
When I arrived the property was very dirty, and moreover is smaller than what looks in the photos. The place is very far away from everything, the first shop is 10min driving. However, is very good for those who want to go away from people and busy cities.
