The location was the most outstanding part which is bang at where the action is. Room sizes are good enough.
The rooms were not serviced even once during our 3-night stay. Some basic amenities should have been there which is very standard in such priced apartments. Like basic toiletries; shampoo, conditioner, lotion, carpet slippers, tissue boxes, basic water bottles etc. Small things make a big difference. Providing a one-stop-fits-all type liquid in the bathroom is not enough. There was NO physical contact person available whom we could ask anything. Everything through messaging and that too mostly AI responded. So no personal touch

Loved this place. Very central so everywhere was easy to walk to. The apartment was modern, with AC, comfortable bed and sofa, and a balcony. It was set back from the street so it was quiet, too. It was super clean. We couldn’t open the front door and the staff was super quick to respond- engineer arrived queuing 5 minutes (the code box got very hot but it was sorted out) Overall I thought it was a great place and I would stay here again if I return to Prague.
There could be a few coffee capsules for the first morning.

Location was great
We had a problem with neighbors, who have stollen chair from our balkony two times. After call to hotel's 24/7 service they decided to return it back. Thank you for support. We understand, that rednecks are hidden and it is not posble to filter them out in advance.
