H2 Hotel Düsseldorf City

Great location with a good connection (public transportation) to the city centre and to the airport (DUS). The breakfast selection was really good. Rooms are modern and clean.

The stairs on the bunkbeds were wackeling, and they were a bit hard to climb down from. There isnt any storage space in the room and there was no safe box to store personal belongings or documents. The room door was missing a lens in the peephole, so it was basically just a hole in the door. A kettle would be a nice addition to the room.

We all loved the facilities. The staff were amazing. Location was good.

Very very basic breakfast - the rooms do not have refrigerator and telephone (you need to use your mobile to call reception) - there are only body towels at the bathroom (which are very small and bad quality btw) and no hair towels!! - the rooms have absolutely no storage space (no side bed table - no drawers - no wardrobe just open hangers for 2-3 things). The cleanigness was bad.. they didn't change sheets (one week with the same sheets) and they did not vaccum (we had hair all over the floor for one week). Also the check in and check out takes ages.... Never returning - I absolutely do not reccomend it. Not value for money at all.
